After your order is placed we will email you a confirmation verifying the details. You will receive an initial proof after your order confirmation. You will have an opportunity to make comments and request changes. We then make adjustments to the initial design. This process is repeated once more to finalise the design. After the final design is approved we then send you a “Press Quality” PDF. At this time we send you an email invoice for payment. The time this process takes, varies depending on the work involved. However, it is our aim to provide you with a high quality design to your specifications as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind that the more time you allow us, the more time we have to improve your design.
Flyers4U accepts secure payment through PayPal. An invoice will be emailed to you after a design is finalized.
When emailing file/pictures etc. please limit files sizes to 7mb each. The most common problem we encounter is when bands want to use imagery that is low in resolution. Images to be used in a design should ideally be 300dpi (Dots Per Inch). It is possible to use images with a lower resolution however it often depends on the image and is not recommended. Images taken from the web are 72dpi and not high enough in resolution to be printed with clarity and detail unless they are greatly reduced in size. If you are sending photos to be used in a design please send the highest quality possible. This allows the most room for scaling and manipulation. To find out the pixel dimensions of a photo, right click on the photo icon and select ‘Properties.’ Press the ‘Summary’ tab at the top and then press the advanced button. This will show you the horizontal and vertical pixel dimensions. Divide both of these numbers by 300 to get the size they will be when resized to 300dpi.
PLEASE NOTE: Flyers4U will not enter into any discussions after final design has been published and payment received. Please ensure you resolve any issues you may have either in your initial enquiry or during the design process.
